Janet and Sayed would like to welcome you to their home. Situated in Medinet Habu , facing the Thebian mountains, enjoy the tranquility and experience of rural Egyptian life. The villa is ideally situated for visiting the iconic sites on the West Bank of Luxor. The temple of Amon is a 10 minute walk and the ticket office for The Valley of the Kings, ,Hatshepsut's Temple and other major sites is within walking distance. We have two double en-suite rooms each with a private balcony. A single fold down bed is available and suitable for a child. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities, a hair dryer, towels and free toiletries. Guests are given their own keys for free access. Breakfast is served between 7 - 10am in the dining room. For early departures a packed breakfast is offered. We like to offer a variety of fresh products for breakfast - sweet and savoury, Egyptian and continental ! An evening meal can be ordered 24 hours in advance. Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of the area we can advise you on places to visit "off the beaten track" as well as authentic local restaurants and cafés. We can also put you in contact with reliable taxi drivers and guides and can organize airport pickup/drop off. Should you wish to sail on the Nile we give preferential bookings on our boats to our house guests. Please note that we don't charge any commission for these services - we just want our guests to love Luxor as much as we do! The price is €25 per room per night, including breakfast.
